When you are using an item list it is possible to use a Catagory Manager so that only pre-set items are shown during a store visit.
For example when doing a product audit, you may wish only certain products to only show in visits for certain store groups.
In order to engage the catagory manager you will need to add a special attribute in the item list schema called "Present". This attribute must be spelt exactly as shown.
After creating this, tick the Varies By option. When you go to use the catagory manager, you can select by any target attribute and then select which products should be displayed.
